This document applies to residents of California, Connecticut, Colorado, Delaware, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia.
Residents of these states have specific rights under state law, exercisable through the Privacy Center. Upon request, personal information collected will be deleted, subject to legal exceptions.
You may request confirmation of whether personal information is processed, details about processing and disclosure practices, and copies of maintained information.
You may request correction of inaccurate personal information. Settings in apps and websites allow direct modification of certain data.
You can request not to have personal information sold per applicable law. Children’s information is not sold.
You may opt out of targeted advertising use while allowing other data collection. Children’s information is not used this way.

The company does not use personal information for profiling affecting legal or significant decisions without explicit consent or legal permission.

Requests require email verification to prevent fraud. You may designate an authorized agent; signed permission is required. Valid power of attorney counts as permission without requiring formal documentation.
Parents/guardians may request on behalf of minor children by providing the child’s email and signed authorization.
Denied requests may be appealed by emailing Concierge@HandldHome.com with “Appeal” in the subject line.
No discriminatory treatment applies for exercising these rights.
